Gopiganesh Pattabhi directs and writes Godse, a 2022 Indian Telugu-language vigilante action thriller produced by C. Kalyan for CK Screens. Satyadev Kancharana and Aishwarya Lekshmi (in her Telugu debut) star in the movie. Plot Vaishali, a negotiating officer, is assigned to negotiate with a mysterious individual named Nathuram Godse, who kidnaps several prominent businessmen and SP Sameer. Godse was released on June 17, 2022, to mixed reviews from critics. While the police cover his base on a secret island, Vaishali negotiates with Godse. Vaishali is instructed by Godse to bring Industrial Minister Phani Kumar. Phani Kumar reveals, after answering a number of questions, that the companies are actually called "shell companies," which are not real and are only printed on newspaper. They can be used to trick unemployed men into working for money.

Godse is enraged by this, and despite DGP threats, he kills Sameer. After yelling at the Home Secretary, Vaishali walks away, where she discovers that Godse is actually Viswanath Ramachandra, a London-based businessman. In order to negotiate with Godse, Anand Kumar is replaced; however, Godse warns him to leave by threatening to kidnap his minister uncle at knifepoint and states that he only wants to negotiate with Vaishali. Godse tells Vaishali to call MP Ajay Sarathy when she is contacted again. Godse asks Ajay about the murder of his pregnant wife Shalini, making it appear to be a robbery case that Vaishali had previously negotiated, and he also brings the rogue who killed Shalini.
